Denise Brouder of SWAYworkplace to Speak at SXSW 2023

On March 14, Founder Denise Brouder will be participating in a panel discussion at SXSW entitled, “Work in 2023: Half the US Workforce will be CEOs.”

This panel is part of the Workplace Revolution Track at SXSW 2023 exploring the “radical transformations in the way we work.” SWAYworkplace continues to be a key player in this revolution as Brouder and her team speak with employers and employees daily about their changing relationships with the office.

The panel will discuss how knowledge workers can successfully transfer from the corporate world to their own freelance businesses. As a Workplace Futurist, Brouder has recognized the importance of flexible work for years, and many corporate employees see freelance as the only other option.

At SWAYworkplace, Brouder leads training for corporate teams on how to gain flexibility within their own corporate structure. During the panel, she’ll show how business owners and recruiters can attract those independent-minded employees who want the flexibility of freelance as well as the protection of a corporate position.

The panel will be moderated by CBS News Correspondent Vladimir Duthiers, President of the Freelancers Union Rafael Espinal, and Fiverr’s own Sharon Lee Thony, discussing how freelancers can be better optimized in a corporate environment and how traditional workplaces can adapt.

Visit the panel at JWMarriott, Salon 5 on March 14, 4pm CST to see SWAYworkplace in action discussing the Future of Work!
